Reservations / Retainer Fee
By appointment only. Advanced booking of your service is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. You will be asked to put a credit card on file, and to pay a non-refundable retainer fee in order to schedule services. This can be paid at The Lash Loft, or through a current email address.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
If you are late, your service(s) will be shortened so that your appointment will still end on time. You will still be charged full price for the service(s) booked.
If you are 15+ minutes late, this is considered a "no-show" and your appointment will need to be rescheduled with a "no-show" fee added to your account. (See cancellation fees below)
Cancellations/rescheduling/change in appointment with more than 24 hours' notice is free of charge.
Cancellations/rescheduling/change in appointment with 12-24 hours' notice will be charged a 50% fee.
If you are unwell with a communicable illness, please contact me ASAP to reschedule your appointment promptly (Cancellation policy still applies). Not only will you feel better to get some needed rest, but so will the other patrons with a compromised immune system. If you arrive to your appointment afflicted with an infectious ailment, you will be refused service and charged a 50% fee for all services booked. }
Lash Extensions / Lash Lift & Tint
Please arrive with clean eyelashes, free of makeup and debris. The Lash Cleanser or Baby shampoo and distilled water are the best cleanser pre-appointment. Please be aware that arriving with dirty eyelashes or eye makeup will take time away from your appointment. Eye makeup such as mascara will affect the retention of your eyelash extensions and cause them to fall out prematurely.
Please limit your use of caffeine prior to your appointment time. The need to use the restroom during a lash service, or not be able to sit still, will take away much needed Lash Time!
I do love children, but they cannot be adequately supervised on site during your treatment. Please arrange for child care off site in order to have a relaxing treatment.
Clients who are minors
Any client under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present for the entire appointment time. Please be aware that if you are under the age of 18 and arrive without a parent/guardian present, your appointment will be rescheduled and you will be charged a last minute cancellation fee of 50% of your service(s) booked.
Please keep your cellular phones on silent during your appointment. (Also please limit talking! As much as I enjoy chatting with my clients, unfortunately, it can slow me down, and cause a need for adjustments. Thank you for understanding.)
Please remove contact lenses before any/all services involving the eyes.
All credit card payments are done so through Square Reader. Cash Payments are also accepted! Clients will be required to leave a Credit Card on file, as of June 22nd, 2017. All services provided and retail items sold are final.
